The characteristics of the cartridge dust collector are as follows:
① Because the filter material is folded into a cylindrical shape, it is arranged densely, giving the dust collector a compact structure and a small volume.
② The filter cartridge is small in height, making it easy to install, and the workload for its use and maintenance is relatively small.
③ For a dust collector of the same volume, its filter area is relatively large, the filtration wind speed is small, and the resistance is not significant.
④ The two ends of the filter material folds need to be strictly sealed, and there should be no air leakage. Otherwise, the performance of the dust collector will be reduced.
The characteristics of the pulse filter cartridge dust collector are as follows:
1.The filter cartridge uses imported polyester fiber as the filter material, and a layer of submicron ultra-thin fiber adheres to the surface of the general filter material. The fibers on the adhesion layer are arranged very closely, and the extremely small sieve holes can block most of the submicron dust particles on the surface of the filter material.
2.The filter material is folded, which increases the filtration area and makes the structure of the dust collector more compact.
3.The filter cartridge is small in height, resulting in a small workload for installation and maintenance.
4.Compared with a dust collector of the same volume, its filtration area is relatively large, the filtration wind speed is small, and the resistance is not large.
5.For the single-machine dust collector, the pulse spraying online cleaning method is adopted. The cleaning process is automatically controlled by the pulse controller. Multiple filter cartridges are installed in the dust collector to increase its effective filtration area. When a filter cartridge (pair) meets the cleaning setting requirements, the spraying device is activated for cleaning, while other filter cartridges continue to work normally. In this way, the cleaning effect is achieved without affecting the operation of the equipment, enabling the dust collector to operate continuously. Moreover, for the combined dust collector, the offline pulse automatic cycle cleaning of the chamber is employed. Multiple filter cartridges are set in each dust removal chamber to increase its effective filtering area. When the filter cartridge in a dust removal chamber meets the dust cleaning setting requirements, the spray device is started for dust cleaning, and other dust removal chambers work as usual. This not only ensures the dust-cleaning effect but also allows the dust collector to operate continuously.
6.It has a high dust removal efficiency (generally up to 99.6% or more) and is easy to operate.
