1. Capture and separation process
① Capture and transfer stage. It is actually the dust concentration stage. Dust evenly mixed or suspended in the carrier medium enters the dust removal space of the dust collector. Due to the action of external force, the dust is pushed to the separation interface. As the dust moves to the separation interface, the concentration of the dust increases, preparing for further solid-gas separation.
② Separation stage. When the high-concentration dust flow reaches the separation interface, there are two action mechanisms. Firstly, the carrier medium's capacity to carry dust gradually reaches its limit. At this time, among the trends of dust suspension and sedimentation, sedimentation prevails, and the dust is separated from the carrier medium through the process of dust sedimentation. Secondly, in the high-concentration dust flow, among the diffusion and agglomeration trends of dust particles, agglomeration is the main trend. The particles can agglomerate with each other, or agglomerate and adsorb on the actual interface.
2. Dust discharge process
After passing the separation interface, the separated dust is discharged through the dust discharge port.
3. Exhaust process
The exhaust process is the process of relatively purified airflow being discharged from the exhaust port after dust removal.
