1. Pulsed Laser Generation
The system is equipped with a high-performance laser generator that emits ultra-short, high-energy laser pulses, typically in the nanosecond (ns) to picosecond (ps) range. These pulses deliver instantaneous peak power, enabling efficient material interaction while minimizing heat diffusion into the substrate. The adjustable pulse duration and frequency allow for optimized cleaning parameters based on material type, contamination level, and desired surface finish.

 

2. Laser-Material Interaction
When the focused laser beam irradiates the target surface, the contaminant layer (e.g., rust, paint, oxide film, or oil) absorbs the laser energy more efficiently than the underlying substrate. This selective absorption induces rapid localized heating, causing the contaminants to undergo instantaneous vaporization (ablation) or thermal decomposition.
