Portable Welding Dust Containment Systems for Factories are industrial-grade air filtration systems designed to capture and remove harmful fine metal particulate matter (typically 0.1–10 microns) generated during welding. These compact, efficient dust collectors utilize a multistage filtration system, beginning with a cyclone pre-separator for larger particles, and often include an optional activated carbon layer to adsorb gaseous contaminants.
The system features an articulated extraction arm constructed with heat-resistant flexible tubing and steel-reinforced wiring, offering 360° horizontal rotation capability. The telescopic arm design enables effortless extension, while the integrated locking mechanism ensures precise positioning, guaranteeing optimal capture of welding fumes within the welding arc's adjustable range. A balanced counterweight system or magnetic base provides stable positioning in any workstation configuration.
Stability is ensured by a heavy-duty steel base frame mounted on four industrial-grade polyurethane casters. The caster assembly incorporates a central braking system and shock absorbers to ensure smooth movement across uneven workshop floors.
Mobile welding smoke purifier
The portable smoke and dust purifier comprises a cabinet, filter cartridges, a dust collection bin, a fan motor, a pulse-jet cleaning system, and a control panel. Utilizing a top-to-rear airflow design, the system draws air downward from the top opening. This airflow carries dust particles-dislodged from the upper filters via reverse pulse cleaning-into the internal dust collection bin.
